11. Q: Can I apply KODAK PERFECT TOUCH Technology to remove red eye, and Professional Color Management to my order at the same time?A: Currently, you can only make one color management choice at a time; however, you can remove red eye from your images, and then apply professional color management.
To remove red-eye from your photos:- Click My Photos.
- Click the album that contains the photo you want edit.
- Click the photo you want to edit.
- Click Edit photo.
- Click the Quality and Tints dropdown menu.
- Check the Red eye checkbox.
- Click Save a Copy to save a copy of this photo with your applied changes.
- The red eye will be removed from the new saved image, to which you can now apply Professional Color Management.

12. Q: How do I crop my photos?A:
To crop your photos from My Photos:- Click My Photos.
- Click the album that contains the photo you want to crop.
- Click the image you want to crop.
- The enlarged image will display. Click Edit photo.
- Click the Crop dropdown menu.
- Select a crop orientation and shape.
- Click the arrows on each corner to crop your image.
- Drag the image throughout the work space to determine the print area.
- Click over the image area and drag to position the crop.
- Click Apply to apply your changes.
- Click Save to save your changes.
- Click Save a Copy to save a copy of this photo with your applied changes.
To crop your photos while buying Prints:- Upload your photos, and then drag them to the photo tray.
- Click Order Prints.
- From the Order Prints page, click Preview & Edit next to each image you want to crop.
- Drag the image throughout the work space to determine the print area.
- Click Save to save your changes.

13. Q: I do not want my Prints automatically cropped. Can I make sure this doesn't happen?A: Yes, you can control whether or not your Prints are cropped.
We crop Prints because digital images are rarely the same shape as the paper the image is printed on. As a result, the image must be cropped to fit the paper on which it is printed.
To avoid automatic cropping of your Prints:- Upload your images, and then drag them to the photo tray.
- Click Order Prints.
- You will be brought to the Order Prints page. On this page, click Preview & Edit next to each image you want to edit.
- Check the Show Entire Image box. You will see the entire image with white unprinted area on two sides. (You can also uncheck the Show Entire Image checkbox and drag the image throughout the work space to determine the print area.)
- When you achieve the desired crop effect, Click Save.
- You will see your crop in the thumbnail in Order Prints.

14. Q: How do I delete photos or albums?A: Both websites share the same image library, meaning that images and albums deleted from your all-new KODAK Gallery account will also be deleted from your KODAK Gallery classic account.Back to top

- Click the photo you want to delete.

- Confirm that you want to delete the photo.

15. Q: What is Quick Print Settings?A: Quick Print Settings lets you assign the following settings to a group of Prints within your order:

16. Q: The Prints I received show people in the image with red eye. I selected Professional Color Management. Why didn't it take care of the red eye?A: Professional Color Management adjusts exposure and color balance. It does not, however, do any other form of editing.

17. Q: Overall I was very satisfied with my Prints; however I thought they could have benefited from some additional sharpening. Why wasn't additional sharpening applied by Professional Color Management?A: Professional Color Management adjusts exposure and color balance. It does not, however, do any other form of editing.
To sharpen and remove spots and blemishes from your photos, we recommend using a photo editing program prior to uploading your images to the all-new KODAK Gallery. Examples of photo editing tools include KODAK EasyShare Software, Photoshop, Photoshop Elements, iPhoto, Aperture, and Lightroom. -
18. Q: While placing my Print order in the Cart, I noticed that all the images are labeled as "Low Resolution." They were taken with a 12-megapixel camera set on maximum resolution.A: The images may have been inadvertently compressed before being uploaded to the all-new KODAK Gallery. Each time you receive this message within the Cart, we recommend checking your image resolution prior to placing your order.
To check your image resolution:
- Click My Photos.
- Click the album that contains the photo you want to check.
- Click the photo you want to check.
- Click the Info tab to display the image size in mega pixels and the image dimension in pixels.

27. Q: Why am I receiving the same delivery message within my order confirmation email for Professional-quality and Premium-quality Prints? I thought Professional-quality Prints shipped faster.A: Due to some limitations in our system, we use the same delivery messaging for Professional-quality and Premium-quality Prints within order confirmation emails and the Cart. Our teams are actively working to correct this.
Professional-quality Prints generally arrive quicker than Premium-quality Prints, as they are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail (2-3 business day delivery). -
28. Q: I live outside of the U.S. and an trying to place an order, but the system will not accept my address. Why?A: The all-new KODAK Gallery only ships to locations within the United States, including all 50 United States and Army Post Office (APO) or Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses. Currently, we do not ship to Guam, American Samoa, and other U.S. Protectorates.

29. Q: Why did my Prints arrive in two separate shipments?A: Our Professional-quality Prints are produced in a separate facility from our Premium-quality Prints. If your order contains both Professional-quality and Premium-quality Prints, they will ship separately.
Professional-quality Prints generally arrive quicker than Premium-quality Prints, as they are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail (2-3 business day delivery). -
30. Q: Why do you use masking tape to secure the Professional-quality Prints when shipped?A: Masking tape is used directly on shipped Prints that are too large to be placed inside a glassine envelope in order to securely position them on the packing cardboard.Back to top

To share photos on the all-new KODAK Gallery:
- Click My Photos.
- Click the albums that contain the photos you would like to share.
- Drag the individual photos and albums you would like to share into the photo tray.
- Click Share Photos.
- Insert the recipients' email addresses in the "To:" field.
- Insert the album title, subject, and optional message.
- Check the box if you want to require all recipients and subsequent recipients to sign in before viewing your shared photos.

It's now easier to create new contacts and groups with this new and improved alphabetized address book. You can create Groups from within your Contacts or from a share invitation list.

34. Q: What new Comments features are being offered?A: Your Comments tab displays a list of all comments that you and your friends have posted to your photos. You can edit your own comments and delete your and your friends' comments that have been posted to your photos.
Your friends can add comments to your shared photos while viewing them from the Slideshow.

35. Q: What new Share History features are being offered?A: Share History is your personal record of viewers of your shared albums. 36. Q: What is Same-Day Pickup?A: Same-Day Pickup orders can be picked up from participating CVS Pharmacy and Target store locations in about 1 hour without paying for shipping.
Orders are printed at the store and you pay the store's price when you pick them up. Store prices may be different from the all-new Gallery's prices. Same-Day Pickup is not available for orders containing Professional-quality Prints and certain Premium-quality Prints sizes.
Qualifying Same-Day Pickup orders vary by retailer:
